Logan’s courtroom expertise was shaped by his tenure as a prosecutor, first in the 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office, then as an Assistant City Attorney for Aurora. During this time, Logan managed a demanding caseload, handling hundreds of active cases at any given time. He served as lead counsel in approximately 20 jury trials and numerous contested evidentiary hearings.
Having transitioned to family law in 2021, Logan leverages his prosecutorial experience to advocate effectively for clients facing domestic violence-related orders and other family matters that involve criminal charges. He also handles high-stakes cases, including high-net-worth divorces, custody disputes, and common-law marriage claims involving business interests and trusts. From discovery to final settlement, Logan applies effective negotiation strategies to meet his clients’ needs.
