Will specializes in helping clients with real estate problems. This includes landlord-tenant disputes, HOA conflicts, and disagreements over property. Will’s previous experience includes serving as a Deputy District Attorney in Alamosa, CO.
Prior to joining R&H, Will spent six years as a researcher and editor at LexisNexis, an invaluable reference portal for legal professionals. During law school, Will participated in a Judicial Externship at the Hancock County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court. He also worked as a research assistant at Ohio Northern University.

Set aside stipulation – Obtained a motion to set aside a stipulation on a client’s behalf, successfully arguing that an unfavorable agreement be set aside due to duress
Security deposit dispute – Successfully negotiated the return of a client’s security deposit being wrongfully withheld by the landlord plus additional damages
