Peter Towsky is an esteemed senior associate on the firm’s Civil Litigation, Real Estate & Business Law Teams.
Peter handles various legal matters, including contract disputes, HOA problems, and real estate issues. He also helps clients with intellectual property needs, including trademark registration and copyright enforcement.
Peter began his career as a prosecutor, handling thousands of criminal cases in the Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau and the Gun Violence Suppression Division with the Brooklyn (New York) District Attorney’s Office. He aided in the indictment of 18 gang members on 41 charges related to various murders, shootings, and conspiracy to commit murder.
Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Peter conducted nine criminal jury trials for the 10th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Pueblo, where he obtained seven convictions and no acquittals.
Peter draws on this vast trial experience to inform his approach to a spectrum of litigation challenges.

Lawsuit dismissal - Successfully negotiated client’s dismissal from $1 million lawsuit involving wrongful allegations of sexual assault
