Jacquelyn Lehecka is a partner on Robinson & Henry’s Family Law Team. She holds over a decade of experience in family law and civil litigation.

Protected parental rights – Overcame grandparents’ request for allocation of parental responsibilities and claim that the client was an unfit parent
Reunited family – Obtained a Court Order for a client granting the majority of parenting time and requiring the opposing party to return the children to the client from another state after withholding them
Defended homeowners against HOA – Obtained a verdict in clients’ favor denying the HOA’s request for delinquent fees and penalties while securing an award of attorney’s fees due to frivolous action by the HOA
