Representative Matters

  • Permanent protection order - Secured a permanent protection order against a client’s neighbor following a contested evidentiary hearing where the court found the respondent’s conduct constituted stalking and harassment.

  • Domestic violence dismissal - Defended a client against a criminal mischief charge with a domestic violence designation, securing a full dismissal by the prosecution on the eve of trial and a subsequent sealing of the record.

  • Vehicular assault reduction - Negotiated a non-felony resolution with a probation-focused sentence for a client facing DUI-vehicular assault charges.

  • Felony theft dismissal - Successfully petitioned the court to quash a long-standing felony theft warrant for an out-of-state client, persuading the prosecution to dismiss all charges in full.

  • Drug charge reduction - Challenged discovery and evidence for a client facing mandatory prison time under a drug special offender designation by successfully negotiating a probationary felony resolution.
