No, you do not need to travel to one of our locations to work with us. We handle initial free case assessments and meetings with the attorney and staff remotely through phone or video conference. (You could come into the office if you prefer, but it is not required.) As for the case itself, bankruptcy 341 creditor meetings are handled remotely via video conference. If the case was more complicated and requires hearings in federal court, the federal court for Colorado is located in Denver, Colorado. (Where two of our offices are located.)
