I made in sales last year 25k and i was sent a 1099 from amazon but a they had suspended my account, they never paid me. Why would i get a 1099 for non payment of sales in NY?
sadly i provided all the paperwork they want but do not have the fund for an attorney to get my money back, now i know why they are so big, they steal peoples money and inventory

I'm sorry that you have to deal with this. I would recommend speaking to a CPA and have them prepare your taxes. The answer can change depending whether you are an accrual or cash-basis taxpayer.
