I am an appraiser. I recently went inside a home to appraise it and no one was there so I did not think a mask was needed. Now the listing agent says I was on camera not wearing a mask and she’s going to report me to the real estate commission. Have I broken any laws or should I be worried?

It is unlikely that you have liability here. But, if the Real Estate Commission chooses to investigate you will have to defend your self. If that happens we can help you. If you receive a notice from the Commission you should speak with one of our attorneys before responding, we have represented many licensees before that Board. At your appointment we'll discuss the complaint, how to respond, how not to respond, the law, the process, timeline, how we can help, etc. Just call 303-688-0944 or schedule online at robandhen.wpengine.com/locations.
