Mechanic’s lien recorded (without any affidavit of NOI) 3 mo after end of work on house; now 8 mo past last work, no cure of defective lien nor any action, lis penden or foreclosure. As per 38-22-110 lien is invalid, has been for 2 months. How simplest to now get discharged’ as per 38-22-132?
