I have had damaged siding since last March and have filed a claim with the HOA, now the damage is worse and the snowmelt is leaking into my home, damaging my carpet, ceiling, and drywall. The HOA has not returned calls, and when I get in touch with them they said a “task has been assigned” to the contractor. Now, weeks later it is going to snow again with no resolution to the issue.

Unfortunately, your issue is not uncommon. We help homeowners and condo owners to force the HOA to provide the service that it is obligated to deliver to the homeowner. Your HOA is likely responsible for the damage to the interior of your unit resulting from its negligence. I recommend that you contact us to schedule a free case assessment with our HOA attorneys. At your meeting we'll discuss the facts of your issue, your concerns, your expected outcome, your rights, remedies, risks, options, the process, the timeline, how we can help, costs, etc. Just call 303-688-0944 or schedule your free appointment at robandhen.wpengine.com/locations.
