Hi there,
My name is Olivia Miller and I am looking for proactive legal assistance to solidify ownership of my dog, Marty.
He was initially adopted by my roommate as a puppy in an Oklahoma Walmart parking lot in May 2014. We became roommates in July 2018 and since then I have become Marty's primary caretaker because of her inability to care for him.
Under my name are his:
Vet records
Rabies vaccination record
Registration with the city/county of Denver
(I can get him pet insurance if needed)
Is there a way to obtain a legal statement of ownership from Robinson and Henry, P.C.? I would like to do this proactively instead of reactively once my roommate and I part when our lease is up.
Thank you in advance,
Olivia Miller
