Our property manager was just creeping around at 10:30 at night, without notice. This is on top of them working on the same trailer for a year. It’s loud, and we can’t enjoy our small yard. Is there some rule or law that construction should be done in a timely manner? Is there a rule or law about having a notice if the manager is going to be out at night?

There are several issues that need to be addressed, was the Property Manager acting in his role of Property Manager or as an individual when creeping around? Was he trespassing? Did you call the Police? The construction is a completely separate issue which will involve your HOA covenants and local ordinances. We can help you but we'll need to have a indepth and very factually specific conversation then we can discuss your rights, remedies, options, the law, timeline, process, etc. I recommend you schedule a free case assessment by contacting our office 24/7 at 303-688-0944 or online at robandhen.wpengine.com/locations. Our initial meeting can be over the phone or via video teleconference (Zoom).
