If I have been informed that there is a "be on the lookout" for my vehicle by an officer for a certain time of day because it has been caught on camera and suspected vehicle in many things. Does that give the police the right to just pull me over? Or do I need to be doing something wrong like run a red light or not use my signal for them to pull me over.

If there’s a warrant, the police are allowed to perform a stop. Generally, however, you still need to do something illegal, such as running a red light, before being pulled over. If you have warrant out for your arrest I would recommend contacting us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We can be reached at (303) 688-0944 or you can go to https://www.robinsonandhenry.com/locations for more contact options. We offer a free case assessment on all matters.
