My Emergency Rental Assistance application was denied after I have appealed the case twice. At this point, the ERAP will no longer accept the case as all administrative appeals have been exhausted. ERAP replied, if I disagree with the final administrative appeal decision, I may consult with a qualified attorney of your choosing to determine whether judicial review is available under Colorado law. Which type of lawyers can assist my case? An administrative attorney or an appeal attorney or landlord/tenant-housing attorney?

From what it sounds like, I would suggest reaching out to a housing attorney to see if they can assist you. Unfortunately, we do not currently handle that type of matter. The Colorado Bar Association maintains a list of licensed Colorado lawyers. You can find that list at https://www.licensedlawyer.org/co. Good luck in your search.
