Mother was sole benefactor of our family’s ranch when our father passed away. Yet since his passing she has seemed to been making decisions that are not in the best interest of the ranch regardless of the council given to her by my brother that is currently working for her. We were wondering if there was anyway of being able to relinquish some of the power she has in say or at the worst case scenario cut her from the family business entirely.

This is a tough situation for any family. The issue is (based on your description) it is her ranch and she can do with it as she pleases, unless there is a claim of incompetency wherein a conservator may be appointed.
