I set forth an agreement for someone to rent a room in my house. And allowed her to move in a week early. I had no running water at the time and she knew that. I advised her to stay with someone until the water was cut back on but her decision was to move in regardless. In that weeks time she had been smoking weed in my house which I had let her know that our roommate situation would not work. She became indignant and even though I gave her the month to get out she insisted on being out early what are my rights in this situation. She did pay for a month and that’s all. She on her own terms ended the agreement to stay the month. I said I would give her her money back but she does not want to leave promptly going back on her word. What do I do to end this nightmare peacefully.
