My contractor left a large lift/cherry picker on my property. It’s been 3 weeks, I’ve contacted him. It’s still here. What are my options? Can I charge storage? Can I have it towed? Can I sell it? It is in the front yard and I’m getting asked if it’s for sale. PITB.

Unfortunately we need many more details on the matter before we could provide any advice, including reviewing any contract executed between the parties. I would suggest speaking with one of our litigation attorney to discuss your options.
