I received on Dec 27 a notice from my land lord that the lease was expiring on February 28. And if he gave 3 options: give a 60 days notice on January 1 to leave, increase the rent for another 1 year lease or increase by 25% for a month-to-month. This would would leave my family and I only 3 days to find a new place during the holiday.
