Recording common areas generally does not intrude upon your expectation of privacy. However, your property manager may be going beyond her rights as essentially an employee of the HOA Board. We represent homeowners when HOA Boards have exceeded their powers. I recommend that you contact us to schedule a free case assessment. You can schedule a free case assessment 24/7 by calling 303-688-0944 or online at https://calendly.com/case-assessment/case-assessment. At your appointment, we'll meet by phone or video (Zoom), we'll discuss your facts, HOA covenants, desired results, rights, remedies, the law, the process, timeline, how we can help, costs, etc.
