Joe Novak is a Litigation and Real Estate Partner at Robinson & Henry. He specializes in resolving disputes related to business, civil, and real estate matters. Joe often represents homeowners and community members against their HOA board. He is intimately familiar with the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) and has extensive experience resolving disputes between HOAs and their members.
