Most homeowners anticipate a smooth delivery of services when they hire a contractor. In most instances, you can expect your contractor to complete work in your home as agreed upon. However, hiring a contractor can sometimes become a nightmare when the services performed do not align with your agreement.

In this case, our client hired contractors to perform flooring and cabinet work in their home. Unfortunately, this work proved substandard and needed significant repairs.
