Co-parenting agreements aren’t exclusively for divorced couples. Sometimes, these agreements involve parents who never married. Marriage or no marriage, no parent has the right to deny the other parent’s right to visitation.

In this case, our client’s ex refused to let them see their child for more than seven months. Our Family Law Team took our client’s ex to court with a Petition for Allocation of Parental Responsibilities. As a result, our client was granted a significant amount of parenting time to compensate for the ex’s actions while a more suitable permanent agreement was hammered out.
