Preserved Father’s Parenting Time

Custody disputes are among the most contentious of all family law matters. When allegations of neglect are involved, the stakes are even higher. 

In this case, we helped protect a child's safety by negotiating an appropriate custody settlement between two parents who accused each other of child neglect. The opposing party (mother) had threatened to take away our client's (father) parenting time.

Fortunately, our Family Law Team reached an agreement that was in the child's best interest and allowed our client to continue enjoying 50-50 parenting time with his child.
