Resolved School Choice Dispute in Divorce Settlement

When it comes to divorce, couples usually agree on one thing: that they can’t agree on anything else. Yet by its very nature, divorce proceedings require concessions.  

Sometimes, however, divorcing couples can agree on all but one thing. In this case, the sticking point was school choice. The children in this case were still relatively young. Through careful negotiations, we were able to help our client reach a full settlement agreement. 

The R&H Family Law team left the door open for our client to pursue the school choice matter with us when his children are older if he’d like.
