Our client faced a DUI charge after sleeping in his car following a night of drinking. He chose this option instead of driving home intoxicated. Police found him asleep with the car running and arrested him.

The client's blood test revealed a BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) over 0.2, leading to potential mandatory jail time and other penalties. Our Criminal Defense Team challenged the prosecution's case on two fronts.

First, we highlighted the absence of a key witness. Second, we argued there was no evidence of actual driving. The jury agreed with our arguments, acquitting our client of all charges.

This case demonstrates how retaining strong defense counsel can make a crucial difference to an accused person’s outcome.
