Defeated Probation Revocation Threat

Individuals who break probation rules in Colorado can be ordered to jail or prison and have their probation terminated.  

Facing time behind bars, our client needed our Criminal Defense Team’s help after a district attorney filed a complaint that our client had violated the terms of the probation. Our client’s probation was in serious jeopardy of being revoked.
