Compensation:
$175,000 = Associate Attorney
$225,000 = Senior Associate Attorney
$250,000 = Partner
Up to $45,000 in performance-based bonuses on top of base salary

About the Opportunity: Our Denver South office is a growing family law team designed for attorneys who want strong case ownership with flexibility built in. This hybrid role is ideal for litigators who value in-person and remote collaboration when it matters.
You’ll step into a steady flow of family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, intake, and firm infrastructure—so your time stays focused on advocacy, strategy, and client results.
What You’ll Do:
Manage a full family law caseload (divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters)
Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters
Develop and execute litigation strategy from intake through resolution
Build strong client relationships with full paralegal and intake support
Mentor junior associates if desired (optional, not required)
