Responsibilities:
As a Robinson & Henry attorney, you won’t be responsible for managing excessive non-billable work. Instead, you’ll be able to focus on client work and go home at the end of the day. We rarely work nights, weekends, or holidays.
Here are a few things you can expect to do as a successful R&H Civil Litigation Attorney:
Meet with clients in person at our office or virtually
Draft legal documents
Appear in court for hearings, trials
Attend mediations
Negotiate with opposing counsel
Research case law and statutes
Manage deadlines, correspondence, and billing tasks
We Won’t Ask You To:
Process invoices
Work during dinner
Take your laptop on vacation
Deal with customer service issues
Generate your own clients
Handle billing disputes
Your team will meet regularly to ensure everyone effectively manages clients and cases. Skills & Qualifications:
This position requires you to be in good standing with the Colorado Bar. Additionally, we highly prefer that you have prior civil litigation experience, ideally in the Denver metro area. It’s also essential to know that Robinson & Henry has chosen to buck the remote work trend and operate as an in-office firm. In our experience, communication and partnership drive innovation and lead to individual and team success. That means we want someone eager to collaborate with their team. An attorney who can effectively communicate with their clients and team will be successful in this role.
Salary & Benefits:
Our attorney salaries are structured to ensure parity across the firm. There are generous bonuses (paid out quarterly) based on your accomplishments, accolades, and objective, quantifiable performance metrics. Here’s what you can expect:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $275,000
Daily Time Entry Bonus
Awards/Bar Leadership Bonus
Origination Bonus
Exceeding Hours Bonus
25% of your billing rate for the first 25 hours above your quarterly minimum
50% of your billing rate for anything after the additional 25 hours of your quarterly minimum
We pay all the costs associated with being an attorney such as bar dues, CLE’s etc… Finally, we offer a generous benefits package, including several health plans, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
