Substantial Base Salary: $150,000, reflecting your expertise and value.
Significant On-Track Bonus: $50,000 annually, paid quarterly, recognizing consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Legal Expertise & Practice Management
Active Colorado Bar Membership: Must be an attorney in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
Substantial Bankruptcy Experience: Demonstrated expertise in debtor-side and consumer bankruptcy law is mandatory.
Chapter 7 & 13 Mastery: Proven ability to independently manage and litigate Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases from inception to conclusion.
Case Management & Strategy: Develop and implement effective case strategies, managing a high-volume caseload with meticulous attention to detail.
Client Intake & Consultation: Conduct thorough client intakes, assess financial situations, and provide accurate legal advice.
341 Meeting Representation: Proficiently represent clients at 341 meetings of creditors.
Bankruptcy Adversary Proceedings: (Preferred, but highly valued) Experience handling bankruptcy adversary proceedings, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bankruptcy codes, rules, and regulations.
Department Leadership: Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department.
Client Relations & Communication
Client Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and empathetic communication with clients throughout the bankruptcy process.
Client Advocacy: Advocate fiercely for clients' rights and interests, ensuring they receive the best possible legal representation.
Team Collaboration & Professional Development
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Mentorship & Training: Mentor and train junior attorneys and legal staff.
Professional Development: Stay abreast of developments in bankruptcy law through continuing legal education and professional networking.
