KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement user-friendly interfaces, list views, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Perform regular data maintenance, including data imports, exports, and de-duplication, to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Manage user access and permissions, including creating and deactivating user accounts and adjusting security settings as needed.
Configure workflows and automation rules to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Implement and maintain data validation rules, formula fields, and other system validations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and workflows for reference and training purposes.
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to educate users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
Provide support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
Integration of Salesforce Platform with R&H Websites
Works with developers to integrate web initiatives and constituent interactions with the database
Serves as point of contact with the Firm’s web consultants for Salesforce web integration
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience preferred
Possesses a big picture perspective
Certified Salesforce.com Administrator
3+ years of functional analyst experience or technical development experience with Salesforce.com
IT hardware knowledge/experience preferred
Ability to identify areas for process improvement and recommend/implement solutions.
Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality.
